Part One: High Frequency Word Reading

• Have your student sit with you and ask them to read each word that comes on the screen.
• If your student reads the word correctly, click the Correct button.
• If the student reads the word incorrectly, click the Incorrect button.
• If your student stops and cannot read the word, wait about four seconds, and then tell them the word. Click the Incorrect button.
• Click the Begin Part One button to start the assessment or click the Jump to Level button to start the reading part of the assessment at a specific level.
